TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION
NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The Promoter is: Philip Morris International Management SA (PMI) whose registered office is at Avenue de Rhodanie 50, 1001 Lausanne, Switzerland.
The Promoter is offering those who enter this competition a chance to win two tickets to the Formula 1 2018 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix(Abu Dhabi GP) as a guest of the Mission Winnow lounge.The Abu Dhabi GP will take place on 24 November 2018– 25 November 2018.
There is one(1) prize to be won.The prize is two(2) tickets(one ticket for the winning entrant and one ticket for his / her friend age 18 + ) to the Abu Dhabi GP as a guest of the Mission Winnow lounge.Each ticket includes the following:
Exclusive VIP access to the Mission Winnow lounge at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix;
Roundtrip airline ticket (from the winning entrant’s home city to Abu Dhabi and back). A winning entrant’s friend will travel on the same flight from the entrant’s home city to Abu Dhabi and back
accommodation at the hotel selected by the Promoter in Abu Dhabi for 3 nights – one room for the winning entrant and his/her friend
transportation in Abu Dhabi (airport to the hotel and back; hotel to the circuit and back)
three (3) standard meals per person provided per day (entrant and friend)
The above list is exhaustive. The Promoter will not pay or cover other fees, such as a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates, customs fees, vaccination fees, insurance etc. related to travel to and from the UAE of a winning entrant and his/her friend. BY THE WAY, a winning entrant may choose any friend and an accompanying friend does not have to be the person whom an entrant tags in winning entry.
All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is not cash alternative offered.
To enter this competition, entrants must:
be at least 18 years old; and
have a valid Instagram or Twitter account; and
follow missionwinnow account on Instagram or @MissionWinnow handle on Twitter; and
publish a post as described in paragraph 6 below.
Employees of the Promoter and its affiliates and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
To enter this competition, entrants must publish a post (photo or video) on either their Instagram or Twitter accounts and tell or show us how they winnow in their everyday life, for example:
making better decisions
improving performance at/of something
learning a new skill
mastering an entrant’s craft
trying something new that improves entrant’s life
committing to a good cause
hobbies that require practice
how an entrant turned around a bad situation into a positive one
The participating entrants must also tag:
either of the Mission Winnow accounts on Instagram or Twitter in their post and
one adult (minimum 18 years old) friend and
use the hashtag #ImAWinnower
Multiple entries will be accepted per person. So, post as many entries as you wish.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
A shortlist of twenty (20) entrants with most creative and/or engaging entries will be announced by the Promoter on the Mission Winnow accounts on Instagram and Twitter over the course of two days from 08 November 2018 through 09 November 2018.
1 winner will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter by 11 November 2018.
1 winner will be notified by a direct message on 12 November 2018 and then publicly confirmed by a post on Instagram or Twitter on 12 November 2018. IF:
a winner declines the prize or fails to respond to the Promoter within by 24:00 CET 12 November 2018, or
a winner or his/her friend fails to obtain a visa to travel to Abu Dhabi on time for any reason,
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the competition, including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram and or Twitter accounts in order to submit multiple entries.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner and his/her friend may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
For any post within this competition (or user generated content - UGC) a participating entrant submits, posts, sends to the Promoter in direct private message or tags either of our accounts mentioned in paragraph 4 above and/or includes the hashtag #ImAWinnower, such participating entrant:
warrants that it is his/her original work, does not infringe third party intellectual property or other rights
from the moment he/she publishes such post, grants to PMI and its affiliates, for free, a license to use, including for commercial purposes, the UGC for all lawful purposes
grants PMI and its affiliates to use his/her name, nickname, likeness, rights of publicity, voice, live or recorded performance, autograph, photographs and biographical information and any other people included in the UGC in accordance with our third party privacy notice located at https://www.missionwinnow.com/privacy-notice
grants PMI the rights to reproduce, modify, display and prepare derivative works, publicly perform, display, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use the UGC, in whole or in part in any way PMI desires, for the above purposes, in any anticipated media for publication and geographies. A participating entrant agrees that his/her license in voluntary
confirms that any people clearly appearing in the UGC other than the participating entrant are at least 18 years old, and that the participating entrant has permission from those people to: i) be photographed or videoed, ii) have their photograph or video contained in the UGC and their names used and shared by PMI and its affiliates for the purposes listed above with no consideration payable to them.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This competition, an entrant confirms that his/he has read and agrees to be bound by all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Instagram and Twitter. Participating entrants acknowledge that this competition is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Twitter.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control or if any factor interferes with the operation of the competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
