Knowing that she won’t make much sense to many, Alex Guarnaschelli explains that her view of ownership has more to do with what she knows how to do rather than owning a physical space, like a restaurant.
Other than the responsibility and potential liabilities that come with taking on a project like that, it appears that for her, it brings little in helping achieve actual dominance. Why? Because dominance is about what you know and what you can bring to the table.
